Karen R. Young is the Founder and Principal of Karen R Young Consulting, LLC. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Leadership Strategist, and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, she brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, build inclusive cultures, and drive meaningful change. A former senior executive, Karen is recognized for practical, inclusive strategies that enable leaders and teams to grow in today’s fast-paced, complex environments. She earned her MSW from Boston University and has been honored with the Northeast Human Resources Association’s Compassion and Courage Award and named to the Inaugural Power 50 list of innovative leaders. She also serves on the board of Pride In Our Workplace, supporting organizations in creating thriving, inclusive workplace cultures.

Mary Grimes Finley

Mary Grimes Finley, M.Ed.

Mary Grimes Finley is a Certified Professional Coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach known for her ability to identify and catalyze the unique talents of individuals and teams, driving impactful outcomes and sustainable success. As an organization development consultant, she brings expertise in leadership development and mentoring. As a skilled facilitator, Mary’s approach expands the circle to include everyone, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Education (M.Ed.). Mary Grimes Finley has been honored with the Rosoff Mentor of the Year Award from the Ad Club and the Bob Gatti Mentor of the Year Award from the Northeast Human Resources Association.

Tamara Pitts

Tamara Pitts, MBA

Tamara Pitts is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Executive Advisor, and former Chief Administrative Officer. She brings executive insight to coaching and consulting engagements – combining strategic thinking, workforce analytics, and inclusive leadership development to help organizations navigate change and scale with clarity. Her people-first mindset is grounded in a deep understanding of how people truly function and thrive. It’s not a distraction from achieving results; it’s the foundation that sustains high performance over time. She holds an MBA from Simmons College, School of Management and an BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has served on the Randolph School Committee, South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Old Colony Hospice, and the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood center, advancing education, equity, and community well-being.
