Karen R Young, MSW is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Organization Development Consultant and former executive with Inclusive Leadership expertise. Karen has held organizational leadership roles developing and coaching people, leading teams and implementing inclusive strategies for organizational impact. Karen holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University. Ms. Young is proud to be recognized by Northeast Human Resources Association with the “Compassion and Courage” Award and the Inaugural Power 50 recognizing innovative leaders in various industries who are shaping the future.
Mary Grimes Finley (she/her)
Mary Grimes Finley is a Certified Professional Coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach known for the ability to identify and help catalyze the unique talents of individuals and teams to drive impactful outcomes and sustainable success. Mary is an organization development consultant and skilled facilitator with expertise in leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion and mentoring. Mary holds a Master of Education from Cambridge College, Business Administration and Management Degrees from Newbury College. Ms. Grimes Finley is proud to be recognized by the Ad Club, Rosoff Mentor of the Year Award and the Northeast HR Association Bob Gatti Mentor of the Year Award.
