Team coaching to help management or leadership teams enhance team dynamics and performance

We worked with managers at a non-profit in the healthcare industry to give them an understanding of their own individualized strengths. Our work clarified and supported a shift in an understanding of their role to ‘coach’ and to learn how to use strengths-based coaching with their direct reports.
