How do we get started on diversity and inclusion at our organization?

The simple answer is that there are many places to start. Each organization has unique strengths and organizational opportunities. We begin with an assessment of those strengths and opportunities, an understanding of the business, the organization and its culture, and how ready the organization is to advance diversity and inclusion as a business strategy and capability.

We ask:

  2. What are your customers/clients/employees telling you about their experience?
  3. What are your organization’s strengths?
  4. What is your history with diversity and inclusion?
  5. Who is currently responsible for this organizational capability?
